Good but not unblemished blackout : Energy Saving Insulated Blackout Curtain 63"L SET -BLACK

I had initially placed an order for these curtains on July 7th. A month and a half later, I still do not have them. The first shipment brought a set of 2 curtains, where one was about 10 inches longer than the other one. There were no return labels included, so upon contacting the company's customer service, I was e-mailed return labels. I sent the goods back and waited patiently for a whole month. I called the firm again today, where the phone was answered in an unprofessional manner (making me think I had reached a residence and not a company) and I was told that my exchange order would ship out tomorrow. I'm probably not incorrect in my asumption that the return order had been thoroughly forgotten. I was not given any explanations or justification for the wait time.

The goods in itself was indeed satisfactory, but having to wait roughly two months for it due to lack of capability customer assistance and assistance allinclusive leaves me with the inability of recomending this seller.
